New characters

Yuyuko Saigyouji and Youki Konpaku were added.  Youmu's move set was changed.  Story mode, a previously hidden feature, has been entirely scrapped because of Itch's restrictive file limit.  Certain flat stages have less janky floor physics now.  Cho's Tavern has been a fun project even though I've long outgrown its engine, but it is still painful to be reminded that this game can't keep growing forever.  I've got 94 files left to play with before I'm kicked off this platform.  If you're a silent fan who wants their favorite character added, now is certainly the time to ask.  Cheers to playing video games in tech class!
