About the game 

 This is a platform fighter with weather where each character gets 3 moves. There are 36 characters, 4 secret characters, 18 stages, and 15 weathers.  The gender ratio is exactly 1:1, unlike literally every other fighting game ever.

What am I looking at

This was created in Scratch.  I started it a long time ago; I don't actually think that Scratch is a real game engine.

Controls

A number pad is basically required to play this game.  Optionally, you can use controllers and route them to the keys.  This control scheme is a direct result of the bad engine.
